Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Presales Engineer located in Riyadh. In this role, you will collaborate closely with clients to understand their IT infrastructure needs and propose tailored solutions. You will be responsible for conducting technical presentations, responding to proposals, and providing pre-sales technical support. Your role involves evaluating client requirements, designing appropriate solutions, and assisting with solution deployment while ensuring customer satisfaction and alignment with their goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and problem-solving to address technical challenges effectively
- Strong knowledge of Information Technology and Technical Support to provide reliable and efficient solutions
- Hands-on experience in Networking and Network Security for secure and optimized systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and teams
- Ability to design and articulate IT solutions tailored to specific client needs
- Experience in presales or related technical roles preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Passion for software products
- Perfect written English
- Highly creative and autonomous
- Valid work permit for Belgium

- Experience in writing online content
- Additional languages
- Google Adwords experience
- Strong analytical skills
